We had a great Thanksgiving at our house this year. We had a full house with my mom and sister, Shane's family, his parents, sister and brother in law and our 2 nieces Allie and Emily! Morgan has so much fun when they come over to hang out!! This year we were so grateful to have mary here, it was her 1st time home for Thanksgiving in 3 years!! My mom and sister and I had a blast cooking most of the day Wednesday and finishing up Thursday. Lots of wine was drank and we had some great conversations. All the food turned out fabulous!! We tried a new recipe for Green bean cassarole that was fantasic, it entailed making your own oinion rings for the inside and top, along with fresh green beans and mushroom soup!! Thanks to the lovely turkey that gave it up so we could have a tasty dinner!! It was an all around good time and fun evening! Its amazing how so much prep time and planning is all over in about 30 minutes of hard core chowin down!

Ask, Believe, Receive
The 3 main keys to Secret, just watched it with my mom, sister, and hubby last night. And let me tell you it got the wheels in my brain turnin! Anyone else see it? If not I have a copy that is available to pass around, its incredible. A lot of the concepts I already practiced but not everyday. So today as a family when we woke up we talked about eveything we are thankful for before we started the day and said today is going to be a good day! Shane focused on getting loans at work, and I decided to focus on getting checks in the mail. Wouldnt you know it we got a $108 check, and Shanes 1st loan of the day was large and he had someone calling him back. The universe is amazing. I was also thinking of my friend Rowynn who has litterally manifested all her furniture and now brand new windows and a sliding glass door at half the cost! I am going to make a goal board right down to our dream house and see what happens. Will keep you all posted...Ask and you shall receive!

crazy cleanin
I have to say that in the last 2 years or so of being pregnant and having a new baby our closets, and drawers have reached mass unorganized scary proportions!! So I have started the organizing and sorting. I cleaned out 2 cupboards and took out 2 bags of trash, pretty scary!! Our front closet was embarrassing to open, this is where we keep the sweeper and we litterally had to shove it in! I used to have a friend that would have thougt I was the worst person for having such choas in my house, but you know what I was just really tired!! And hey if you cant let things go sometimes and just enjoy life are you really having fun? In my case Ive had lots of fun in the last few months time to revist the cleaning!! Ive got a ways to go, but at least I started! Too bad I dont have before pics but heres some after!

Tumble Tykes
Hey Everyone!
Took Morgan to her tumble tykes class last night. She loves it!! She has been going for a couple of months now. We go to Fun and Fitness over in Pick town and the staff there is so nice. They start out the class by doing stretches and then they go through some courses like balance beam, rings, monkey bars, uneven bars, and they have a huge trampoline. Its so fun to watch all the little ones run around. Drew loves to watch too. They wrap up the class by playing with a parachute, having bubbles and getting stamps on their hands. The teacher Miss Cindy told us that she is ready to go up to the next level. Too cute. Heres some pics of her havin a ball.

19 years and still goin' strong
The year was 1989, I had just turned 15 and I was a freshman in high school. My parents had decided to throw me a surprise party for my b-day. My best friend Stephanie took me out shopping and when we got back to my house and walked in the front door, there was a bunch of friends yelling SURPRISE!!! I remember being totally shocked and of course at 15 kind of embarrassed. We hung out, ate pizza, then went in the front room of my house and played some Van Halen. " Love comes Walkin" in started to play and this cute boy asked me if i wanted to dance. I really didnt know him too well, turns out his friends were coming they told him to come along so he did, lucky for me. I remember he was wearing a turquoise blue shirt and these deck shoes that matched, gotta love the Miami Vice influence, and he smelled like Old Spice..yummy:) I had butterflies in my stomach and was so nervous! Later that night we talked on the phone and after a few calls, my friend had told him to ask me out, and he did. We have been together on and off ever since. As teens we logged hundreds of hours on the phone, had our parents taxi us to countless movies and trips to the mall. Right before I left for college he asked me to marry him, I told I couldnt that I had to go, but I swore I would never want to marry anyone else, and I was so right. I never met anyone in all that time that made me feel as strongly as he did. We've had ups and downs, years apart and years together. There has not been a day since that one that I havent thought of him whether we were together or not. I still love every minute we get to be with each other, cant wait to see him when he gets home from work, and yes he still smells great! His babies adore him and he is a great friend, lover and partner! I feel totally blessed that I get to spend this lifetime with him.
Heres to you Sweetie, I couldnt do it without you!
BTW old pics to come soon as I get them...

Yee Haw!

got to love it, I have perfected the skill of typing one handed while Drew nurses. Of course I am not saying that there wont be numerous typos, but here goes. After a week plus of being sick, I think I have finally beat the bronchitis bug back to the hole from whence it came!! Everyone is on the mend here and hopefully we have now had every illness possible so we should be good thru the winter~
I have to say thanks to my mom for giving us yummy food all weekend. She made a killer beef veggie soup on Saturday. And some incredible spicy chicken enchiladas yesterday!
Does anyone else loath the time change?? I have to say when I was younger and child free gaining an hour of sleep was fabulous! Heck I used to look forward to the extra hour you would get at the bar the night the time changed. BUT when you have babies you dont gain any sleep, esp. when your baby thinks," Hey let's get up, its 5:30am time to party." Why cant we just have one time???
Anyway here's a few pics of Morgan being silly in Shanes old cowboy boots and hat. She says next year for Trick or Treat she wants to be a cowgirl, that way Daddy can be her partner!! Too cute.
