The Latest

SO Shane did not pass the test today. All is not lost however, apparently they may give him a 2nd chance, they are going to evaluate him and let him know. If they do then he has another month to pass the test. So I guess we will see, this is huge for him...and stressful for both of us but I know the right path will become clear. Keep sendin the positve thoughts, good vibes and prayers our way!! Thanks for all the support-

More fall fun!

We went to Pigeon roost farm for a while, even though it was pretty chilly the kids had a blast. This is the same farm we went to last year but they added a ton more things for the kids to play on. They had tons of slides, they added a new tree house with a fast slide, and they had a few huge tube slides. Drew was loving the rocking horse, he kept trying to say giddy up!
They have a huge covered wagon full of corn and different things toys on the inside like big dump trucks to fill up with corn.
The farm dates back to the 1840's I think it said, and it said it was a roosting place for pigeons, did you know that pigeons were once the most numerous birds in the world, and that there flocks used to be so great that they would block out the sun and the sound was said to be like a large waterfall? Just a bit of trivia for you:)

From the mouths of babes

Morgan and Drew have come up with some funny things lately, thought I'd share a few!

Shane took Morgan to the park and some little boy called her poopy, she promptly told him that
she was not poopy and followed him over to his mother where she told her that her son was name calling..
Go Morgan way to stand up for yourself:)

Last night we were reading the book The Little House, I had this book as a child and it was one of my favorites.
Its about a house that starts out in the country in the 1800's and as time goes on a city gets built up around it.
So in on part they are building tall buildings on either side, in the book it says there were 23 stories on one side and
27 stories on the other. Morgan says WOW thats a lot if books!!

Drew says new things every day, he just started saying love you too. And he loves to sing, he sings twinkle twinkle, and
he loves to sing in the car. He also danced like a mad man. He loves to say watch, and Look as he is pointing at something
mostly airplanes. He Loves to talk on the phone to anyone who will listen to him pretend to have a conversation! He loves to clean and vacuum.

Gotta Run, Drew's awake more later!
