Happy Birthday Mary

Happy 30th to my amazing sister !! Mary was able to visit for a while over Thanksgiving and just left a few days ago. We had a fabulous visit, hung out watched funny movies and just enjoyed being able to talk in person rather than over the phone! I have to say that I love having a sister! We have always had a great time together even when we were little. Don't get me wrong we have had the occasional throw down hey thats my Barbie..etc...but when you are as close as we are there are bound to be bumps in the road. I was just thinking about when we were little the house that we grew up in had a woods behind it that we used to play in all the time. We would go back as far as we could and go exploring. There was a path that lead to a Rocky Fork Creek and we used to go wading and play in the water during the summer. We used to pretend we were witches and gather berries and make a big tub of potion. We would spend hours back there, until my mom would call us for dinner. Through the years we have lived together , and lived miles apart but we are still as close as ever. Now that she is Colorado and I have kids we still enjoy every minute we get together even though the times that we get have changed to squeezing in time between naps and bedtime! Heres to you Mary!!
